Though many trolls are by their nature malicious, others are made so by pollution, frakking, or other anthropogenic causes. Here, an evil spirit born of the violent death of an environmentalist has inhabited the hill troll. The spirit’s garden, fed by the rich lifeblood of the troll, is used for the preparation of potions and spells.


Many trolls, though evil, have little opportunity to put their ill will into practice and must content themselves with the occasional spooked flock of birds.
